Why was my return request refused?
You submitted a return request, but it was refused ?
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, PRO VSP reserves the right to refuse a product return. Here are the main reasons why this may occur :
- Product marked as on order: Items labeled as AVAILABLE WITHIN are specially ordered for you. Therefore, we are unable to accept their return.
- Electronic products: Electronic components such as fuses, relays, or central locking units can become non-functional due to incorrect wiring or issues with the vehicle’s electrical system. There is no tool that can determine whether such a part has been damaged in any way.
- Color-matched items: A body part painted in your vehicle’s color has been specially produced for you (this also applies to paint spray cans).
These are our main reasons for refusal.
If your request has been denied for a product that does not fall into one of these categories, or if you submitted a return request for an electronic item because you are experiencing an issue with it, please contact our after-sales service.
