Parts Warranty

What are the warranty conditions ?


In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, all our products are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of receipt.

To request a warranty claim, please provide the following information :

  • Purchase invoice
  • Installation invoice issued by a certified automotive professional
  • Copy of the vehicle registration document


Before returning the part, you must submit a return request through your customer account, indicating the issue you are experiencing with the product.

The return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Once the item has been received and the warranty claim approved, the part will be replaced and sent back to you. No credit or refund can be issued.


Please note: consumable products such as bulbs, wiper blades, batteries, discs, filters, fuses, brake shoes, brake pads, etc., are not eligible for warranty claims. If you experience an issue with one of these items, please contact one of our advisors.
