Modify my order

You’ve placed an order on our website and want to make some changes ?

As long as your order has not reached the “Being prepared” status, changes can still be made:

You’ve just confirmed your order but have doubts about compatibility? Write to our advisors right away — they’ll verify it with you (using your serial number).
You forgot to add a part? If this does not increase the initial shipping costs, a payment link for the item amount will be sent to you. Once the payment is confirmed, the part will be added to your order.
You wish to cancel one of the products in your order? Product cancellation is only possible under certain conditions, which you can find in our article “I want to cancel my order.”

Once your order is “Being prepared,” no further modifications can be made!
