Is it possible to send my order in multiple shipments?
Your order includes items that are on backorder, and you’d like to receive the ones currently in stock first ?
To do this, you’ll need to contact one of our advisors. They will check on the missing parts and provide you with the estimated delivery date.
If a delay of only 1 or 2 days is indicated, we will advise you to wait so that your entire order can be shipped together.
However, if a longer delay is expected, a separate shipment for the missing products can be arranged. In that case, you’ll simply need to pay the additional shipping costs, and once the payment is received, the shipment of the available items will be processed.
