I requested delivery to a collection point but haven't heard back.
You requested delivery to a pickup point, but we haven’t received any updates so far — have you checked your emails ?
Indeed, when your order is shipped, you will receive several emails :
- One when it leaves our warehouse, including the tracking number
- Another when it arrives at the selected pickup point, you should also receive an SMS and an email notifying you that your parcel is available
- If you still haven’t picked it up, our team will send one or two reminder emails to let you know that you need to collect your parcel before it is returned to the sender
If, despite all the information provided by the carrier and by PRO VSP, the parcel is not collected, it will automatically be returned to us. You will then need to contact our advisors to arrange for it to be sent again (the home delivery option will, of course, remain available to avoid any further issues).
Please note: unfortunately, some parcels may encounter delivery issues (such as a closed pickup point, delivery failure, etc.). In such cases, our logistics team will work directly with the carrier to ensure your order is resent as quickly as possible.
