I received my package but some of it was damaged...
You’ve just received your parcel and noticed that something is damaged ?
Several possible cases :
- You received your parcel and signed for it without checking its condition first? Unfortunately, in this case, PRO VSP cannot take any action. Once you sign the delivery slip or tablet confirming receipt, it means you accept the parcel in the condition it was delivered, even if the box showed no visible damage.
- The driver simply left the parcel at your door and you were unable to inspect it? Please contact our company and send photos of the damaged part so that we can file a claim with DPD (please allow time for processing).
- You followed our good practices guide for receiving your parcel and noted the necessary reservations? In that case, please send us all the photos and relevant information so that we can submit the claim to the carrier.
