I placed an order, when will I receive it?
The delivery of your order depends on several factors, as listed below:
- Part marked IN STOCK = available in our warehouse
- Part marked AVAILABLE WITHIN = lead time required for the item to arrive at our premises
- Order placed before 2:00 p.m. to ensure same-day dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Correct delivery method selected ( DPD BUSINESS only if shipping to a company)
- Email address and phone number correctly entered (essential for the carrier)
You can track the progress of your order directly from your account in the ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS section.
