I have a credit code but I can't use it.

You have a credit note available in your account and would like to use it for your order?

Here are the steps to benefit from it :

Create your shopping cart.
Once you’re ready to proceed to payment, you’ll see the message “DO YOU HAVE A PROMO CODE?” displayed just above the order button.

You’ll need to click on it and copy/paste the code available in your account.

Please note: an error message may appear stating that the code is invalid. Make sure no extra space has been added at the beginning or end when you copy and paste the code.
