How long will it take to receive my order?

Are all parts available?

Each item in our store is associated with an availability status. For those marked as IN STOCK, orders placed before 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.

If the part — or one of the parts in your order — is marked as AVAILABLE WITHIN, you will need to wait until we have received that product (or those products) before we can ship the entire parcel.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, please allow between 48 and 96 hours for it to be delivered to you or made available at your pickup point.

Please note that these timeframes are provided for information purposes only — delays or delivery issues may occasionally occur.

Please note that shipments are made only on business days. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Friday, as well as those placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped starting the following Monday.
