How do I make a warranty claim?

A short guide for submitting a warranty claim for one of our products


All our products (excluding consumables such as bulbs, wiper blades, batteries, discs, filters, fuses, brake shoes, brake pads, etc.) are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date the order is received.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our service department and provide the following information :

  • Order reference
  • Description of the issue encountered
  • Copy of the vehicle registration document
  • Installation invoice issued by a certified automotive professional
  • Photos (depending on the nature of the claim)


Once this information has been provided to our service team, we will submit the request to our supplier. After their approval (or sometimes beforehand, depending on the situation), you will need to return the product to the following address:

SARL PRO VSP – ZAE Mas de Garric, 2 rue de l’Industrie, 34140 Mèze, France.


Please note: products accepted under warranty will not be eligible for a refund or a credit note. We will only send a replacement for the part concerned.
