How do I make a return?

At Pro Piece VSP, our goal is to provide you with the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that you may need to return an item for various reasons. That’s why we created this clear and fair returns help page to give you a hassle-free shopping experience. To submit your return request, we’ve made a form available directly in your customer account, within the details of your orders.



Step 1 – Create your return request.


To create your return request, go to the details of your order to access the return request form.

You must fill out this form in detail so that we can accurately assess the nature of your request.


hen you access the return request page, please follow these steps:

1 - Select the product you wish to return by checking the box.

2 - Indicate the quantity you wish to return.

3 - Choose your preferred return method.

4 - Select the reason for the return.

5 - Write a brief description of your return.

6 - Accept our return conditions.

7 - Simply submit your request, and you're done.



Step 2 - Waiting for your request to be validated

Once your request is submitted, it must be validated by our returns department.

Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email informing you of its acceptance (or rejection).



Step 3 - Prepare your package for return (after your return request has been approved only)


Product packaging

When preparing your return package, it is essential to use a suitable box that provides adequate protection for the product during transport. You should choose a sturdy box that ensures the item’s safety throughout the journey. Ideally, use a new box, as it offers better strength and stability compared to a used one. A new box also reduces the risk of damage caused by previous wear and tear.

Additionally, make sure the box is appropriately sized for your product. A box that is too large may allow excessive movement inside, increasing the risk of damage during shipping. Conversely, a box that is too small may compromise the product’s protection by compressing it or forcing it against the sides of the packaging.

It is therefore important to find a balance by choosing a box that fits your product properly. You can measure the dimensions of the item and select a box that allows it to fit comfortably, with enough space to add extra cushioning materials. This way, you ensure optimal protection and reduce the risk of damage during transport.


Protect the product(s)

Make sure to protect the product(s) properly. Use bubble wrap, crumpled paper, air cushions, or any other protective material to prevent the item from moving inside the package. This will reduce the risk of damage during shipping.

Before sealing the package, make sure to remove any irrelevant or unnecessary items. This includes old shipping labels, stickers, or any other elements that could cause confusion.


Delivery note

Once the product(s) are placed in the proper packaging, be sure to include the delivery note and a copy of the purchase invoice inside the box.


Seal the package carefully

Use high-quality adhesive tape to securely seal the package. Make sure all openings are properly closed to prevent any loss or damage during transport.

By following these simple tips, you’ll maximize your chances of returning the product in good condition. Remember that the quality of the packaging reflects your commitment to handling the return professionally.

Shipping the package (at the customer’s expense)

Once you have completed the steps mentioned above, we recommend shipping the package using a carrier of your choice with a delivery service that requires a signature. This helps reduce the risk of loss and ensures optimal tracking of your shipment.

Step 4: Processing of the return by the relevant department

Customer returns are processed at the beginning of each week. Our team checks that your return request has been properly submitted and approved, and also inspects the returned product(s).

Once validated, a credit note or a refund—depending on your request—will be issued within 24 hours.
