Delivery was supposed to take 48 to 96 hours, but I've been waiting for several days now...

You chose express delivery but have been waiting several days for your order?

Don’t worry here’s why :


When adding your product(s) to the cart, an availability status is displayed for each part, as shown below :




If all your parts were marked as “IN STOCK,” as in the first case, please contact our advisors and provide your order reference so we can give you more information.


In the second case, it means we had to place an order with our supplier because we do not keep that product in stock at our warehouse. You will therefore need to wait for the indicated timeframe (which is approximate and based on business days) for us to receive the item and ship your order.


We only ship orders once they are complete. If an item is missing, we do not send partial shipments (except upon customer request with additional shipping fees, or in exceptional cases).

The delivery time applies from the moment your order leaves our warehouse until it reaches its destination.
